1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all participants of the “Walk the Lake” event, which is organized by Ballhaus Veranstaltungsagentur eU.

 

2. Participation and entry

(1) Participation in the event is only possible with a valid entry ticket. This ticket must be presented before entering the event and, upon request, during the event.

(2) Entrance tickets are non-refundable. In the event that a participant is unable to attend the event, he or she is permitted to independently sell the ticket to a new buyer.

(3) Ballhaus Veranstaltungsagentur eU offers the possibility to support the resale of tickets, for which a fee of 15% of the ticket price is charged by the seller.

3. Cancellation and refund

(1) Withdrawal from participation and reimbursement of the entrance ticket are excluded.

(2) Tickets can be resold by the buyers independently, whereby Ballhaus Veranstaltungsagentur eU will charge a fee when arranging a new buyer.

 

4. Programme and event content

(1) Ballhaus Veranstaltungsagentur eU reserves the right to change the program or individual contents for organizational or weather-related reasons.

(2) Changes to the program do not entitle the customer to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract.

 

5. Liability

(1) Participation in the event is at your own risk. (2) No liability is assumed for participants’ personal belongings.

 

6. Data protection

The participants' personal data will be stored and processed exclusively for the purposes of carrying out and organizing the event. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

 

7. Final provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
